Our Story
Mshipa Collective began with a simple observation: that the communities with the most to offer are often the least served by formal systems. We started in Githiga, Kiambu County — not with a blueprint from elsewhere, but by listening to what was already here. The name Mshipa — meaning vein or channel — reflects how we see ourselves: not the source, but the connective tissue that helps resources, knowledge, and opportunity flow to where they are needed most. We are registered, community-rooted, and built for the long game.
